Which is why I believe the main avenue to commercialisation for ESI is overseas. Of which I'm sure there will be some - imo.
Although if by magic the La Trobe valley was in the Northern territory - I would say there wouldn't be any issues and things could progress just as fast their as anywhere in the world. Something to do with the govts can do attitude probably as opposed to the rest of Aust's can't do attitude.
