Here's a good url for the current neodymium oxide price:  https://price.metal.com/Rare-Earth.  The peak price was 520,000 RMB/metric ton in the fall of 2017.  There was a pop in January to 360,000, then a fall to 316,000 by August 2018, and now 315,000 on 10/23/18.  My calculations from a year ago came out to 773,000 by the end of 2019 (which is 2.5 times the current price).  So either my analysis was wrong, or there is a huge price increase coming.  The stock price tends to follow the neodymium price and production volumes, so long term, I feel very confident.
