I did not say that is wasn't stated. Re-read my post. I said it wasn't stated under Note 36. It is Note 36 that tells us what contingencies apply to the company (ie the consolidated entity). Note 33 tells us what applies to the parent entity.

I would need someone who is better versed in accounting, to explain to me why the parent entity contingencies (when not matched by the companies contingencies) tells us anything meaningful at all.
