Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone knows how exposed the company is currently to interest rate hikes, I couldn't find any detailed information about the debt in their reports. While I currently hold and am pretty bullish, if the companies debt is variable interest while all of the loans receivable are fixed interest it they could be in big trouble. I just hope the management were smart enough to hedge or only took fixed interest loans.
