Early days but imo they have brought together a compelling business that addresses online shopping in a comprehensive way.

Also look at SKF mc of $18m...SPROOKI is SKF on steroids...so don't see them having any issues to raise capital @ 35c (I dont count performance shares because they only trigger if the business performs as projected and vendors normally hang on to these and don't count options because strike price same as cr price).

So at 35c that's a mc equivalent to SKF but much broader and better located business. ..ie 35c sp easy...
