It seems an unusual situation to me and I suspect this has now become a strategic game of chess with each player attempting to hide their true agenda.

I suspect:

1. BG really want a piece of the action with CTP, but not right now. Maybe if they play really hard ball they can squeeze a better deal from CTP.

2. BG also don't want any other parties coming in to steal or dilute their potential stake in CTP (i.e. They want ROG gone).

3. CTP realises that they can't work with BG. They have tried to recruit an ally in ROG.

4. These two little fish are going to find it very difficult to win against the larger, more powerful shark.

I think this is a bad development for CTP and will take at least 3-6 months to sort this out & move fwd.
