I could name 10 oil companies off the top of my head that have a drill in the ground today.
CTP are well and truly cashed up and can't seem to get there.
Bringing a lap dog into the JV and giving ultimatums is high risk, it either forces a huge multinational company to comply or it blows up in their face (eg loss of tenements, protracted legal action).
I wonder what management do all day, send emails and play Solitaire?
