    Ferrier Hodgson (the receivers & managers) have advertised in the Australian Financial Review, including 7-8th Nov 2009 for Expressions of Interest, Compass Resources Limited (Compass), Range of Exciting Mining Opportunities.

    This is for participation in a financial reorganisation of Compass, or in the event a successfulo reorganisation is not achieved, purchasing certain of the company's assets.

    Basically, everything except the original HNC JV assets.

    Closing date is 30th Nov 2009
