i think any one that know coal stocks and the leases nearby are holding or buying more
and traders and ones that dont know much are selling and taking profit etc ,
i see the bigger picture and will hold for a while,with that joint venture both side must be pretty confident it seems, and would appear there will be joint ventures with more than one company so will be very very good to have multiple joint ventures . and create some good stabilty and progress with little dilution.
