OK, I'm borrowing ROC, because EXR dont have a board, and like ROC they play in the North Sea.
EXR IPO'd recently at 20, and appear to be holding at 23.5. They've got a chunk of some interesting North Sea acreage, but like most offshore explorers, a lot is riding on their first few drills.
It'll be interesting to watch them over the next few months ..
