India's literacy rate is approx 74% is less than average world literacy rate of about 86%. It consists of a large population of desititue masses and pauper, low caste people living in slums don't even get a single meal a day, so many people don't even have their own toilets, not to mention riots and rape issues every year. How are they "well educated"?
