Meant to say, investing is littered with the skeletons of people that were 'sure' of an investment, put all they had (and in some cases even worse, borrowing or investing on margin) only to have their entire investment decimated by a poor assessment or due to externalities outside of their control. With respect to EXR, there is a long road to go still.
