I'm pretty sure most of those options will be converted by years end. And there will be alot of cash in the bank to keep 100% interest in the project. Slowly building and building so that when a buy out or a JV comes to fruition, it's a nice big fat juicy steak that EXR won't have to give away. And that will benefit us well.
