I think the suspicion is justified. Personally I was taken aback by how...unrefined Timm is. Maybe it's my own high expectations of someone claiming to have written company reports etc.

I suppose we can all do less with the ad homenims but people should also understand that just because someone on an anonymous forum claims to be who they say they are, doesn't really make it so. People that straight up believe everything written on the internet these days are the same ones that would have got into a van back in the 90s because a nice man offered them some lollies.

But if you really are Tim who's a good friend of Neil and has written reports for EXR and can't buy shares due to conflict of interest, welcome!
