I guess the good news is that it shows to the French authorities that there is activity, track record and knowledge that give some perspective and continuity.
In view of the volatility around Europe (from Isis to Ukraine to arab springs) energy security is becoming increasingly important. This could have a strong impact on the intrinsic value of EXR shares.
