Having been a WHSP shareholder for quite some time, I can certainly vouch for the fact that they have an extremely disciplined investment thesis, which has been reflected in their exceptional returns over many years.
I am very pleasantly surprised that they have taken a position in EXR - they clearly see the value and the likely returns.
Anyone doubting their investment should use this as a method of reassurance!
By no means an earth shattering investment in terms of size, the fact they have bought in is huge for EXR.
From a personal perspective pleased I have two bites at the cherry!!
