Amazing how the charts don't lie. December it broke out of a flag at 12 cents then climbed to 19. Second flag formed and now breaks out at 18 cents. If history repeats then EXR should be in the high twenties next week. 50 and 200 period climbing nicely too.
In my opinion, EXR is the perfect storm. Company with great potential and management, Loyal Shareholders who have accumulated over the past 12 months and holding tight, and now technical traders not wanting to miss out. Hence the reason why Buyers outweigh Sellers 6 - 1.
