Hi Andy,
The Z mad Frenchman has put together a pretty good summary post on ASX Bets on why EXR is a once in a life time investment opportunity, I felt the same back in August 2019 and have held steadfast, I have put around a dozen friends and family into the stock when all was going to shit a year ago and now they all owe me beers for life.
I don't pump the stock as you can see from previous posts on HC, there is no need to pump it the drill bit will tell the story and what a story will be told this year, I would rather the SP reduce so I can accumulate some more when funds become available.
Anyway have a look and you know the old chestnut DYOR, not financial advice etc, but I will add the old Molly Meldrum quote Do Yourself A Favour and have a close look at it
