I read somewhere , Swami was attacking someone and had used a screenshot from his computer that had a tiny piece of information overlooked , this led to someone tracking him down and outing who he actually was. From that point he was hunted and someone with deep pockets is now skull dragging him through court for market losses incurred. No doubt they wont win the case but I imagine they don't really care and are getting a lot of pleasure in returning some financial pressure and showing hiding behind a keyboard is not always possible.
