I see Anna and friend have bought a parcel of EXR very interesting could be something coming next week.
Oh yes for those wishing toavoid taxwhoops not allowed to say it like that, wish to minimalise their taxes, when you have a SMSF and you are drawing an income stream from it you will only pay CGT if sold prior to holding for 1 year. If held for longer than 1 year NO TAX, NONE, ZIPPO.
