Can someone explain to me, as I'm totally new to the market and am so glad I researched and invested in EXR in December 2020 started tentatively buying @.013 and have now accumulated 200k averaging .182 (wishing I pulled my $ from the banks earlier.) why the buyers at a totally unrealistic price don't get wiped from the buyer/sellers equation? There's now way our SP will drop to those unrealistic levels and wouldn't it, by making the buyer seller ratio more realistic, increase competition for shares? Any advice or insight would be appreciated and of course GLTAH
