IVZ is conventional, big target, binary outcome. EXR, while needing many many many wells drilled to slowly prove up a similar sized resource, is a far safer investment IMO. On the other hand, should IVZ’s 1-2 well drilling program have a positive outcome, there is far more upside.
“Then they need to figure out what to do with it”, I’m guessing you’ve not followed Scott’s commentary on this? Huge gas/power shortages, MOU’s signed with the country’s two biggest consumers. There is a huge amount of demand, premium prices and much less distance to market comparative to EXR. The region is one of the most energy starved on the planet....so yeh, shouldn’t be a problem pending positive outcome
