    This could be one of the last sell of days - I think those who want it around 35 - 36c (instos) will get it today and then its onwards and upwards - but I'm not reading charts etc. I think this has been cleverly manipulated and some retail punters have panic sold as a result. I'm down on EXR as I bought high (pre-CR knowledge) but know that we will be fine in 1 month or sooner to be honest.
