    Why do you say the SPP offer was riduculous mustang? Wondering on your rationale here.
    If the SPP is oversubscribed then the company gets its cash. Any scaling will be interesting to see how that is done.
    Additionally if EXR accepts all over subscriptions then we all win, don't we? Dilution will have miniscule effect in the end and all SH that participated in the SPP are winners are they not?
