Pretty sure you will be needing to purchase again to get even numbers. There is no reason for them to take exact amount. If 5% oversubscribed they will say...only 5%...not worth cost of refunding a few $ to each participant....we will reward shareholders by giving full allotment to all and take the extra few mill$.
If 200% they will probably scale back...but to say150% and say thanks for awesome support we want to reward shareholders but giving a bit more as in demand.
If undersubscribed...you will obviously not get the amount.
I am waiting for announcement next wednesday to find out how many extra shares I will need to round off. I will pay more...but it is not worth the stress of having to look at odd and not round holdings.
