It was initially a reasonably slow day with some fairly weak trading and a reasonably flat price. Things took a battering between 2 and 3 o'clock which accounted for about a third of the days traded and saw the price drop the most. A lot of machine trading also going on and I agree with @Firezone, it was pushing the price down for the most part - here's a nice little example of a giant trade of $1.36 pushing the price down. Make of that what you will.

The VWAP was 33.9c and well ahead of the closing price, which again, seemed determined to drive the price down. This really does look like someone have a serious go at accumulation.
