It wasn’t long ago that we celebrated teen birthday cakes!
its easy to get caught up in the daily share price movement and I am definitely guilty of that with other stocks however.. the best part about EXR is the management, they have provided us with their own crystal ball and transparency looking forward.
The hardest part is reminding yourself that the day to day fluctuation in price (and for
some huge swings in the portfolio) isn’t a reflection on where we are going.. they are very calculated to date in
every approach and equally are the insto’s etc drafting the price down.. remind yourself of the end goal and know you are in good company hanging onto this eg: watch n act, Justin metals, tui, duramax oldnsaw and BYRON just to name a few! GLTAH
