Interesting @redcross81 ... at the time you bought into EXR what were your expectations/exit plans? Were they based on the company's announcements and plans. or TA, or some other method?
I wouldn't get too disheartened with short term SP movements unless they reflect fundamental changes in the company story/prospects, which is not what is happening right now IMO based on assumption there has been no announced changes to EXR plans.
The risk/reward potential here with EXR over the next couple of years is what allows me to sleep easily with my investment here.
