Very thin volumes in EXR and across the market as a whole. The VWAP was weak at 33.2c, but not as weak at the closing price. There was very little trading at all with the price not really falling at all til the afternoon, and then the final drops were right toward the end of trade.

The entire market feels like it's recalibrating with my dividend producers (CBA and NCM) back in favour, as is my gold producer ALK. FMG is dropping with Iron Ore prices, although I'm still expecting a bumper dividend from that one. Very thin volumes everywhere against a backdrop of cryptocurrencies on their usual roller coaster ride - those things have every appearance of a Ponzi scheme to me. Lots of money to be made as long as you're not the last investor on-board.

I think EXR is well and truely in the hands of fundamentals at the moment. Drill results, flow testing and commercially extractable gas will drive our price.
