Yes it is difficult to truly appreciate what the Yank banks have done to improve our financial system across the board, death by 1000 tiny cuts, sad that it has gotten to a stage now where it is just blatant because the rules are well and truly in their favour. Not even a whimper from ASX or ASIC, toothless tigers, both too scared to bite the hands that feed them.
