Thanks as always.
The only reason I am making this post is that today I have seen so many articles about the worldwide LNG trade it is not funny. The Chinese ( and others ) are expanding their LNG bunkering ship build. They are desperate to reduce their coal usage. In the meantime they are having to build new coal fired power plants.
It all points to one BIG PLUS for EXR.
EXR don't need ships or refrigeration. .............And their gas is on China's doorstep.
