Without the intent of hijacking this thread too much, everyone on those Reddit threads seem to have the idea that they're squeezing short sellers and making them lose tons of money. Which, it's probably true. But when the hype is over, all of those stocks are going to crash and the cunning short sellers will probably have the last laugh.
Which... to some degree are probably the r/wallstreetbet trolls who started this all. lol
I keep seeing posts on the revived Reddit threads urging people not to sell... NAh, people should sell that junk. ha
