That really was some week. Still very low volume and I've got no doubt we're well and truely in the hands of the traders. The VWAP indicates the traders are having a great deal of difficulty shaking shares from peoples hands. The closing price today was kicked down with a single transaction of around 750k fifteen minutes before close. Outside of that the VWAP shows how much more it cost to buy an EXR share through the week.

There is clearly a lot of interest lurking around off the buy/sell side. I love lurking. One piece of significant news will blow the top off this one in my view.
