Nothing much has changed from what I wrote last week. We're in the hands of traders. Very low volume and a narrow range of trading. The machine accumulates, slowly pushes the price up, waits till there's a significant demand on the buy side then dumps into it. The price drops and the pattern starts again. This will keep happening until fundamental news turns it around with significant volume.

Low volume is the key here, a tiny fraction of the SOI changing hands and the machine traders making $40 - $50k on their weekly trades.

Bring on the news until the machine traders become irrelevant.
