.. superb point ... yes , it has to be well under .... 'cos we're drilling holes into the earth .... well under .... and finding trillions upon gillions of cubic feet of gas ...
If it was " well over " ... we'd be drilling up .... into the atmosphere . .. and that's just plain ridiculous ..... everyone knows you can't drill " well over " ... on account of there's a worldwide shortage of skyhooks ... got nothing to hold the drill high up in the air whilst operating the rig ....
