It's not actually a 20 share sale. It's a price mismatch. Someone is upping the sell side volume by 20, or dropping the buy side volume by 20 shares. If you constantly hit 'refresh' on your browser during the auction you'll see the prices constantly adjusting. Accumulation algorithms playing with each other.
Look on the bright side, someone wants in.
