I spent the last hour or so reading through the QGC posts, interesting reading. Positive drill results and flow testing results didn't necessarily cause the sp to automatically rise, in some instances the sp dropped. In my opinion the ultimate share price of EXR will be determined by probably less than a handful or potential take over suitors. It's in their best interest to pay as little as possible for this potential asset. Management need to actively do as much as they can to increase the sp. That's going to be the challenge operating in an environment where fossil fuels are completely on the nose.

I unfortunately agree with @justinmetals, this one isn't going to the moon any time soon.
