Is it as simple as finding a company and signing the dotted line with regard to drill capacity? I was under the impression there's regulatory requirements and approvals regardless of current on site action?

I don't think each move forward is as simple as we believe?

I'd rather the team take time and execute well with our cash then rush and fail at the first relentless effort; further to that NY eluded to ensuring just because we have the cash, we don't over exhaust and misalign with our skillset (or should I say the skillset available)!

Warranted frustrations, I see it as a little short sighted but I appreciate why they exist.
