    The week was actually flat to mildly down with volume half of last week. I agree with a fair bit of what @Bastion151 had to say, but I also agree with @justinmetals that gas isn't going anywhere.

    The price has been going ballistic because of supply and demand. Just wait till the European winter kicks in and take a look what it does. The take over price is the key metric in my book, everything else is irrelevant. Sub-basins, proven resources and flowing gas will see a take-over from someone who wants the supply.

    I am also keen to see what eventuates with the blue and green hydrogen. I don't think this stuff is fluff, I was very impressed by the metrics, especially if we are in one of the few areas where it will be more economically viable.

    In the end the take over price is the part I'm interested in. If they could farm all the hot air rising from Glasgow generated by Greta and Leonardo De Caprio they could power the world for 100 years - you'd buy shares in that power source.
