When you consider the Dow lost 2.1 per cent, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq both dropped 2.6 per cent today shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone. As I said on the other thread it makes absolutely no sense that share price fluctuations in the US (or anywhere) should lead to such daily movements, especially in a CBM explorer in Mongolia, but that's the market.

I never get myself too fussed about the daily fluctuations, especially when my rationale for buying has always been to hold till we get bought out - but days like today are a good reminder that the market is nothing more than a collection of people, and groups of people don't always act rationally in the short term - but do tend to get it right over the longer term.

Another thing, what does the closing price today really tell us? There were 276 trades with a VWAP of 16.6c and a volume of 6,453,791. With just over 800 million SOI that's less than 1% of the shares that traded. So todays trade is like an opinion poll where less than 1% of the population have been polled and asked what they think of the company.

Hold tight, the trend is your friend and lets see what this company does with the release of good news. I was glad it didn't get released today - it would be nice to see a great announcement get released with a tail wind. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
