EXR are currently in the perfect nothing storm. The excitement of initial discovery already done, a long hiatus between any real significant information and without a left field announcement probably like this for another couple of months as well
Mix this with the amount of other hot stocks in the market and its not hard to see why some would exit to chase riches whilst the almighty EXR sleeps with a high probability of buying back in at the same or lower price in the next couple of months
