EXR has always had to clear the way for all the other exploration companies in terms of working with the government to define regulatory frameworks, etc. It's like cutting a path through dense bushland, the people who started the track two hours behind you will be able to catch up with you a lot quicker because they have an uninterupted path to walk on.
