What is the true value of EXR, and by association, the sp?
Only time will tell.
Today only added to our value IMO......if "the market" can't correlate that then it's an advantage to us currently- an opportunity to accumulate more stock at this range, as you've done.
After all- when it's all said and done, we'll hopefully look back, smile, and reflect that we were right, and the market was wrong.
Of course, i'm terribly biased, have a lot at stake and as ever, this is just my own onion, DYOR etc etc
