It might not be the 20 odd wells they expected but it's still quite an effort to have drilled 14 holes in Mongolia in a year, plus doing seismic work. It's good to have goals but it's just not always that simple.
I dont think management can do a great deal more than they have. With Major being tied up with prior works. Now they are on board we may see much better and consistent drilling with much more reliable equipment.
