Id actually like to know what would happen in the event that we discover a certified gas deposit with a value in the billions in QLD and then a transaction goes through to buy it off of us.
It would be an amazing story but wouldn't Shell or whoever be better off just buying us out at market as much as they could? Or form a total takeover bid?...it sounds worthwile if billions were invovled.
How would EXR distribute 2billion in dividends if were only worth a couple hundred million? Ive got no idea how any of that would go down.
