is it true that the government gave shell the gas that that giant floating gas plant is processing . I heard that shell wont pay any taxes on their output for at least 20 years.
And i am certain that all its output is exported. Absolutely crazy setup.
Will be happy to be corrected if i am wrong.
Almost forgot whole thing was built overseas.
