EXR Trading 2022, page-689

As most of you know I like to track the Top 20 holdings as a bit of a temperature gauge.
My mantra is and always has been that I'm not selling until NY does but I also think it wise to be aware of any significant holder movements.

I was intrigued to see if the early January poor announcement would manifest in substantial change in the Top 20 over Feb and March.....seems no ill effects whatsoever from substantial holders.

Results are in, and I think show confidence in EXR and the strategy Management are executing. (all, of course, just IMO....DYOR etc etc)

Key points (Feb to March 2022 changes)

• Top 20 increase total holdings by 1.01% (over Feb 2022) of SOI to now be at 22.94% of SOI
• 3 entrants at 20th place with 3,600,00 each (return of Lims and D&B Morgan to Top 20 status, both were in for Jan 2022 and Dec 2021)
• New entrant at equal 20th place, Centry Pty Ltd
• 1st, 3rd and 5th place holders increased theirholdings
