The way EXR has been trading lately, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it run up Thursday , Friday and those who have been forcing it down allowing it to rise
and then selling into the announcement on Monday
not in any rush to accumulate more at this stage, think we could easily see 12-13c on the back of average / minimal news
not down ramping , just looking at the past and expecting similar until flow testing
