No, as I'm not pip trading EXR. I've come to realise that rather than wishful thinking this stock will progressively increase in sp (all evidence over the last 12 months shows the opposite) people have been exiting, placing money elsewhere, and coming back.
Everyone has a different strategy, I still hope EXR has the ability to hit a decent TO offer, I guess we'll see in 2-4 years time. I hope to hold a decent chunk when this happens.
