Clan Wonkers' EXR investment thesis is to accumulate shares, whenever able.
This has been the strategy since early 2019- nothing has changed, apart from revising our target shareholding to 5 million, now that we've surpassed our previous 4 million target earlier this year.

When able, we buy.
Sometimes we gorge if circumstances allow, sometimes we nibble.
Today- we nibbled again.

We're buying (in our opinion- DYOR) future end game value $2 shares (or maybe more) for a mere 8.2c.
The trick of course is to get as many as cheap as possible, but the main objective is to just keep buying, whenever we can.

I respect anyone that can actively trade EXR at a profit, great work if you do.
Our philosophy though is to buy, hold and wait for future significant gains.
For us, it's the end game that matters...no matter how long that takes.......everything in-between is just noise.
